•Exclusive High-end residential and gated parceling in Ebene (Au Bout du Monde and Ebene City) for Omnicane Group
•Luxurious and gated residential parceling in the South East of Mauritius in Blue Bay and Beau Vallon for Compagnie de Beau Vallon
•Residential morcellement in the west of Mauritius at Providence involving parceling of more than 80 plots for the Constance Sugar Estate.
•Residential and agricultural parceling in the North of Mauritius for St Antoine Sugar Estate Ltd
•Residential and agricultural parceling in the North of the island at Mapou and Forbach for the Compagnie Agricole de Labourdonnais
•Residential parceling in the South of Mauritius for St Aubin Sugar Estate
INTEGRATED RESORT SCHEME
KDA Ltd has been involved in the facilitation of major projects under the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) which have been successfully completed. The projects include:
•Club Med, on the west coast in Albion
•Tamarina Golf Estate and Beach Club, on the west coast in Tamarin
INVEST HOTEL SCHEME
•KDA Ltd has a proven track record in facilitating hotel projects including those under the InvestHotel Scheme. KDA Ltd has recently facilitated a flagship hotel project of the Sun Resorts Group, the Long Beach Resort. We are also actively involved with other hotel projects on the island.
